Legaling is Turkey’s first English-Turkish, Turkish-English legal terminology database. Legaling, which set out with the ideal of providing services “for professionals, by professionals” in the translation of legal terms, offers a professional solution to problems in legal translation together with its 20-members-team of legal researchers and engineers.
700-800 pairs of terms are added to the database every week, which also houses a sentence dictionary and features like legal field breakdowns, synonyms, plural uses, explanatory remarks, and example sentences. The enlargement of the database is made by giving priority to the terms that are searched by the users and cannot be found. Each term is placed in the database only after being researched and reviewed by four different expert jurists.
